My refrigerator has not worked properly since September and has not worked at all for most of November. I pay way too much for this apartment to not have a refrigerator that works.

I do not believe I am getting the value out of this that I was expecting. Part of that is on me for not taking advantage of the perks. But some of the programming as well as some of the emails we get here feels demeaning. I am not happy at all about some of the things that have happened while here. I am not going into detail because I really do not want any blow-back from staff. I have had that happen before and I am not willing to share my name or any identifying info. I probably will move out when my lease ends.
