Welcome to Southwood Apartments, conveniently located in quiet south Lincoln! We offer large remodeled 1 to 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom town homes. Our units are all electric, with fully equipped kitchens, and offer plenty of storage space. Our residents enjoy free basic cable as well as paid water and trash utilities.
