I not sure how you feel about those who own trailers here
Lived here for some 23 years. Moved here mainly because, being handicapped, i was told the maintence crew was available to me. The property managers took that from me some 8-11 years ago, all because i own my trailer instead of leasing from them. Seems unfair to me.
Mostly worth it
If you've got visitors often, Ravenwood is not the place for you. No visitor or street parking allowed. The neighbors are quiet most of the time, but they do like to wander through your yard and leave trash. There's also no amenities on site, you have to go to one of the neighboring parks to utilize any of them.
