I have enjoyed living here. The only real complaint I have is the noise level. I can hear our neighbors above us and across the hall from us all the time.

We have lived in the same 3B/R unit here at Marshall Apartments for 13 1/2 years, as well as another 2 years in a 2B/R unit in the same building. Overall were we're very comfortable, it's mostly quiet, clean, well maintained, all of we tenants (in our building) pretty much keep to ourselves, and it seems for the most part we all respect eachother. Since becoming pet friendly, we have issues with some owners not cleaning up after their dogs, however that condition (seems) to be improving. The staff are each of them friendly, courteous, helpful, easy to get along with, and seem to enjoy their work, our biggest grievances are the rent increases in the past two years, the fact that there are no water meters installed in the mechanical rooms, and we are certain we are paying for 2-3 times what we actually use, what we put in the sewer, also we feel that having to pay our own rental insurance, as well as Lunds liability insurance isn't quite fair. We don't sweat it much though because we are pretty darn happy overall. And we do thank Lund staff, for all they do here at Marshall. Respectfully, Kyong and Carl
