Cheap Rent for a Sub-Par place
Lived at Folsom Ridge for a year. It was good to have a lot of spots to park at. There were inconvenient fees for small things. Not having in-unit laundry is a major bummer. The apartments themselves are outdated but in decent shape. The maintenance guys were very kind.
