Great Value Apartment

Location is awesome, responsive manager, big deck, quiet residents, friendly parking setup, and nice floor plans. Only complaints: hallways don't smell great and appliances are on the older side and tend to have issues.

Night time nasty weed smell

There is someone on the third floor between apt 311 to 313 that uses Marijuana. At night the hallway between these Apts smells strongly of weed. It filters down the hallway to 306, just not as strong as you get to 306.
