A wonderful place to live!

This is the best experience I have had in an apartment. Never have any issues with noise or rude neighbors, the facilities are always clean and wonderfully maintained, and the staff is very personable and easy to reach if you are ever to need anything.

Great Downtown Living

I've lived here at the Cadillac Lofts going on three year now, and it is absolutely perfect for me. The building is conveniently located right downtown, so restaurants, theatres, nightlife, and entertainment options are all within walking distance. I also love the industrial style interior of the apartments, and the exposed brick adds so much character to the atmosphere. I would recommend Cadillac Lofts to anyone in search of a place to rent.

Great location, troublesome parking

Location is excellent, and is an excellent value for the amount of rent. Toppers employees on the east side of the building can be pretty loud late at night, and tend to slam the door they go in and out of. The parking is currently an 18 month waitlist which is frustrating. Other than those couple things, the apartment is perfect.
