A wonderful place to live!

This is the best experience I have had in an apartment. Never have any issues with noise or rude neighbors, the facilities are always clean and wonderfully maintained, and the staff is very personable and easy to reach if you are ever to need anything.

Great Downtown Living

I've lived here at the Cadillac Lofts going on three year now, and it is absolutely perfect for me. The building is conveniently located right downtown, so restaurants, theatres, nightlife, and entertainment options are all within walking distance. I also love the industrial style interior of the apartments, and the exposed brick adds so much character to the atmosphere. I would recommend Cadillac Lofts to anyone in search of a place to rent.

Great value for the price/location

Pros: Amenities: Nice kitchen Location: great location near UNL, fair space for 1 person or a close-knit couple with few items. We have fit our desks in an L shape, both have instruments, and have situated a loveseat in the corner. Community patio is awesome. Internet inclusion is nice, but the ethernet port doesn't work in our unit. We fixed that by running an extension cord along our wall, but it was an annoyance. Cons: Maintenance: There's been a cobweb with dead flies in the stairwell for a month. There was a beer can on the stairs for a couple weeks. It doesn't seem like anybody regularly takes care of the stairwell spaces. Noise: Walls are THIN. There are young couples and you can hear them doing young couple things. Street noise is fine. I'm not on the first floor, though. Amenities: Laundry is coin-operated, so definitely take that into account as an expense. It doesn't seem like the rooms ever get sufficiently cool even when running the air conditioner at 66 degrees F. Staff: Questions aren't really answered by one of the newer agents. General: Bikes aren't allowed.
