I have had a very good experience living here with little to no issues. It is a quiet place to live, and has very good views to the west. I have been here just a few months after the apartments were built. There are some really good people who live and work here. I love the view to the west and can see thunderstorm roll in and also see some wildlife in the the fields. I would recommend living here because of the ease of access to I-80 and downtown, has 2 restaurants, a Super Saver, and other business close by.

We have lived here for about a year and have loved it. The apartment is very high quality with modern finishes, a great area, and great amenities (clean pool, clubhouse, and workout area). The staff is very friendly and maintenance requests are taken care of quickly.

My partner and I recently moved to the neighborhood from Southeast Lincoln. We love it here. The apartment is spacious with tons of storage, beautiful floors, huge kitchen, nice living spaces, and amazing neighborhood. At first, I was a little hesitant due to the far drive (taken into account that we lived 30 minutes away) but in all honesty, this is way closer to everywhere we are: downtown, sport recreation center, gym, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend moving here and hope to call you neighbor!
