Broadmoor27

More parking needs to be added. Especially since the weather has warmed up. I'm assuming tenants are cancelling paying for garages. There is not enough open parking. I work as a bartender and it is usually very hard for me find a spot when i get home. I often have to park a building or two away.

I have been living here for a year and a half now. I don't plan on moving any time soon. I have never lived anywhere as exceptional as Broadmoor 27. Liz has been so good to me. Maintenance is outstanding and will fix anything submitted within 1-2 days. Most of the time I get everything that needed to be fixed that same day. The complex keeps it shoveled during the winters and cleans the parking lot during the summers. Broadmoor 27 is a very clean and inviting environment. When I get off work I cannot wait to get home to my apartment and I have never said that about any other place I have lived and I have lived at several apartments her in Lincoln. Broadmoor 27 is the place to call home.

Quite, clean, and lots of amenity's. Maintenance very well kept and tickets for repairs are prompt. Security is managed very well through all buildings. So far not a single issue has caught my attention as far as unauthorized people gaining access to the buildings.

Good place to live. I love to live here.

I love living here except for the parking. I often have to park a building away if I come after 9pm. There are also no garages from what i've heard from neighbors. I understand there are multiple cars per apartment and we can't control where people park, but I live on the edge of the complex and people all want to park in the same area for our building. There are not enough spots allocated for the number of people living here.

Its a great experience living here. i really enjoy it
