The apartments are slightly outdated. The maintenance is slow if at all. Takes several phone calls or emails to get issues fixed and raised rent every single year.

The area is good and the neighbors are quiet. There are several vehicles around that are non operational and taking up valuable parking.

I have lived here for a year and a half and overall, it is a good apartment for what you pay. The bathroom and kitchen are super outdated while the rest of the apartment is great. It is really hard to get anyone over to fix anything most of the time.

I have lived here since February of last year. While it stinks that every apartment you rent gets more expensive each year you live there, I do like it here. I have a ground level apartment, so I do worry about getting broken into since all someone has to do is kick in my window, but I live in a decent area and nothing has happened yet. I think there is an issue with the drainage in the apartment, as every night right after my upstairs neighbor runs his water, a weird gurgling sound happens. Sometimes it stinks like sewer after. I have put in a maintenance request for it already when my sink leaked but this has not stopped happening (no leaks though).

The apartments are nice for the price. They are a little outdated and walls are thin.

Good but rent is ridiculously expensive
