I love the apartment its an amazing price for the town I live in and the staff is nice! The apartment is older so it does have its flaws from time but it’s spacious and everything is easy to get to and if i have questions they are always willing to answer!

I am living at 3807 H Ave since 2019. It's a nice place to stay at a decent location. The management has been very responsive.

wasnt sure if i am being asked about century 21, or the apartment i am renting from you guys, but i did my answers based off century 21. you guys own lots of nice places, but however some of the staff is so rude! and i have been waiting for maintenance for about a week now. still no word. i also dont appreciate how maintenance can just unlock my apartment and go roam around in there whenever they please. i would appreciate at least a text or something for some notice. that makes me extremely uncomfortable.
