Love living here. Rent is too high. Maintenance is very good about getting things done staff is very kind

Staff could be friendly, property manager is rude Grass was supposed to be planted and never was. Street lights never work so it is pitch dark st night. Neighbors always partying till midle of night with loud music.

Good maintenance team, nice amenities in the home, wish the pool were open and they could add permanent additional parking for extra vehicles/guests but otherwise not a bad place to live.

Location is good, noise levels at certain times are LOUD. park staff are very nice. Trailers are expensive but prices are going up everywhere. Overall this place is okay.
