Ok, but unfairly priced and not well taken care of lately
It's an ok apartment, however the pricing is wild within in the building. I know for a fact that my rent and two of my neighbors with the same exact layout have a huge price discrepancy. When I brought this up to the manager at the time I was told 'that's just how our pricing grid works'. I don't find it fair that my rent is $930 when there are others with my exact floorplan, updates, and even floor in the building are paying $800-875. There are swear words carved into the wall near the entryway, a penis has been drawn onto the wall in the stairwell for well over 2 weeks. Dog poop is everywhere in the yard from the resident in 203. He will let his dog Lucy go out off leash and poop/pee. Then he will wait until the melt has happened to pick up months of dog poop. Last year he left an outside trash bin full to the brim of poop at the front door. It stunk so badly that walking past had to cover their noses and I can't have my window open. I brought this up to the managers and was told they would talk to him. This same neighbor will pull his car up to the door to unload groceries/laundry forcing people to walk through the poop dragging it into the building. Which then causes LC4 to reek of dog waste for a while. This is still happening and isn't being addressed. I loved my apartment when I first moved in, but it's not my favorite anymore.

Good but needs improvement
There are a lot of good things that I enjoy about where i live but there’s definitely a few things that could be worked on. The first is mostly in the summer but it’s happened year round, Ive noticed that instead of visitors actually using the parking available or just using the road, the tend to stay around the garage of whom ever they vist which has lead to congestion in the corridor where the garges are. It doesn’t help that they don’t usually move for those trying to get through. Second is the lenghts of some of the late night gathering at the garages that make a decent amount of noise for someone who lives close to the garge that is having that get together. I wish after about 9 gatherings would be moved inside as a respectful thing for those who have work the mext day or for those who want to sleep
