We have never been disappointed with any maintenance requests here. Even when staff is short they find a way to come in and fix the problem.

We were given a list of rules in the spring, yet the noise rule is not adhered to. Salli has tried, but it doesn't stop the people in # 209 from controlling their child. I get it with young ones, but 2 to 3 hours of running and jumping and dropping what sounds like bowling balls. In June we had water coming through the kitchen light. When we went up to their apartment, they were sitting on the couch and had no clue the bath tub was over flowing. My roommates bathroom wall was saturated from a leak upstarts that started a week after we moved in (2 years ago) finally 9 months later the leak gets fixed, but the damage has still not been repaired. Then this spring we get a letter stating there will not be any significant increases in rent this year. I think our definitions of "significant" may differ. Ya, we could move but, long hours at work and really not wanting to move again gives you the upper hand. How silly of me to think that the rules and management helping with any needs that may be needed would be a reality. To me its nothing but smoke and mirrors.
