Just moved in seems like a decent place. We’ll have to leave another review in a few months few maintenance issues and the apartment wasn’t clean when I moved in.

Lived here for three months already for school love how close it is to campus. Lots of space in each unit. Wish there were more parking spots but still more than enough. Wish there were more washers and dryers for clothes too. Overall Great place.

I've lived in this apartment for about 6yrs. For the last few years it has been owned by RKAK. There have been numerous issues with the laundry room, the street side noise is constant and the public parking is loathsome. However, the company is good about getting issues and complaints handled in a timely manner. The common spaces are kept clean and there are no issues with neighbors. It's is in a great location, located in the heart of downtown wahpeton with multiple resturants and shopping experiences with in walking distance. The option to pay rent online vs having to right a check or get a money order is great as well. Overall I am happy renting a living space from this company and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I would recommend these lofts to anyone looking for a spacious, and reasonable renting experiance.

Great place, right down town. With in walking distance of many places. Spacious 2 bedroom, heat included. I love the high ceilings and huge windows. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. On-site laundry makes it easy. Parking is a bit confusing in the winter as there are no assigned spaces. Have lived here for 4yrs and love it.
