Nice place but it’s way too expensive for what you get

It’s a nice place and area but it’s too expensive for what you get. I know many people who moved out because they found a place with a better value and I’m next. It’s relatively quiet depending on how loud your neighbors are. You get a detached two car garage (non-insulated) which is nice but if you want to have people over they can only technically park in front of your apartment for 30 minutes. Some one bedroom apartments are smaller than others yet you still have to pay the same amount of money for it. Pricing for a one bedroom apartment is nearing $1,000 if you have a pet and more of you have multiple pets. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice neighborhood however, you can find other places that are also nice neighborhoods and with the same or even more amenities for much cheaper.
