Cozy Environment
We just moved in, but we have enjoyed our time there. Everything in our apartment is new and it has been a cozy environment.

The apartments have been nice and they are where ive been for my entire time in minot

Seemingly overpriced
I pay $825 for a 1BR1BA (in-unit washer and dryer and an UNattached double stall garage, not heated). This next lease, I’ll be paying $875. The apartment location is out of the way of grocery shopping, downtown, the hospital, the university, and any other attractions. I feel it is definitely overpriced, especially after the rent increase. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Decent snow removal takes a few days, and I need to shovel out my garage after the alley is plowed. For a single tenant, $875 seems to be too much to pay.
Wonderful Living Experience!
I have loved living in Stonebridge Apartments. The amenities are great, it’s in a great location, and maintenance has always responded to my requests in a timely manner. The apartment has nice appliances and the floors are great. I will recommend Stonebridge and PPM to anyone who asks where they should live when moving to Minot!
