Stonebridge Townhomes 1

We have a neighor that is next to us who has a metal vane that constantly makes squeaking noises like nails on a chalk board. They are homeowners and not very friendly so we dont feel like we can ask them to take it down. We’ve looked up noise ordiances but also don’t want to start an issue with them. There needs to be some sort of balance if you are going to have mixed housing.

Havent had any problems so far and dont expect to have any either
