I really like living here for the most part, I’m just concerned that the increases in rent every year seem to be headed to the $1,000 mark in a few months.i guess i thought it would remain more affordable

Your ability to consider your tenents first is not very good. Comunicating with anyone that can help is almost impossible without computer knowledge. I have been without airconditioning for over a week. I have copd and cannot tolerate heat and or humidity for very long. Had I not had the forethought to purchase a small bedroom air conditioner, I would certainly have had to move to an air conditioned facility and my family atty said to send him the bills and he would take care of it. This next week the heat will be back. I need some help instead of rent increases. Thank you Charlie unit 9 JMSTN ROW HOMES
