Would be nice place for seniors only! People in here now have no respect for building! Litter, spill on carpets! Wreck things! This building will be trashed in a couple years, if even that long ! So sad because it is a nice building!

the advertisment was different...

well, no there isn't a balcony, though there is a giant screened window. no, only the chosen ones get the heated underground parking. absolutely zero insulation accompanied by some who think they live here alone. don't geet me started on the new construction being very obvious and the two page list of fines for anything getting messed up. maintenance people i have met have been kind, however there is a staff member who makes it known how they feel, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. my unit is not as advertised to me. communicating with staff isn't very easy, i understand they're busy though..now that's been said,.. my family is still nonetheless happy here, it's located in the middle of town walking distance from many different places, coffee just around the corner! we have storage units in building that hold my childrens bicycles - very convenient. everywhere you go there will be ups and downs, this is not meant to hurt this company name, I am only speaking my personal experiences since living here.
