All tenants I have come across are respectful and great! The building is always clean. Dakota Commercial staff is wonderful! Pet friendly building so it’s always great to see all the different friendly dogs!

It’s frustrating when someone is parked in your spot after hours and there’s nothing you can do. I’d also suggest getting cameras outside the building.

University Flats is a great place to live. Nice people, great location and helpful staff. The common areas are clean and the onsite vending machines are great for late night studying. The heated underground parking is a bonus!!!

I just moved in here in August and I have really enjoyed it so far. The location is walking distance to any of the bars downtown if you enjoy that area. The whole apartment is very spacious and the tall windows open it up even more. We have had no problems since moving in so I would recommend this place to anyone!
