5 plus years security system does not work laundry room and machines are not kept up to work efficiently or kept clean delivery issues as no access due to locked doors no handicapped doors price keeps going up but no incentives for people who have stayed like new blinds or carpets cleaned or updates unless things break. nice location and yard work is kept up other than snow removal is slow and only minimal.

Response is great by all staff and always friendly. Just wish that the noisy neighbors above would tone it down and the neighbors below would keep their dog quiet. Parking is great. Laundry room is great - just wish there were two washers and two dryers instead of one of each.
