I have been very pleased with the property and management. The property is well taken care of. The hallways are always well cleaned and smell fresh. They keep the parking lot cleared from snow and they do it early enough so many of us can get to work. I truly think this property is a good value for money. Many of the other properties around town are much higher price per square foot. That is one of the reasons I chose this property. The amenities are a great, the property is always well maintained, and it is a good value of money. Also Dakota Commercial has a good reputation compared to that of Oxford, Centerspace, or other management companies in town. I appreciate that you do not price gouge your customers. You’re honest and fair to work with. Thank you!
