The noises levels are high and can hear activity above me. There is still a foul smell in the apartment and think its in the vents.

Lovely, Relaxing place to live!

I've lived here for 3 years now and have yet to have any issues. Really good location for many reasons, such as quick access to the greenway, downtown, or the main roads.

Been here for approximately 1 1/2 years. Don't really like the cement floors (on first floor). Parking is tight and people not always the most considerate in how the park and crowd the next stall. Like the location. Wish there were garbage disposals.

Only been in the building just over a month. So far everything has beem great. Building is always clean. Plenty of parking between the big parking lot and underground spot. Units updated amd modern. Really like the community room and fitness center
