I moved into my apartment here in Grand Forks, ND at Dakota at 55th in November of 2021. At that time, I had to replace the mini blinds on the front door as well as the drip pans on my stove. When the roof leaked in the spring of 2022, I lost a bookshelf and a padded chair due to water damage. I notified the management team at that time and was told it would be fixed by August of that same year. It has just been repaired within the last few months of 2025. I had an outdoor decoration that made for me by a cousin who has since passed away destroyed by the unsupervised children that run wild or ride bikes through the passageways. I like this location as it is close to my employment as well as being centrally located to my family.

Maitnence requests needs to be a quickes process. There is so many residents waiting for important things to be fixed. This shouldnt be this big of an issue. The Property Manager Mandi that just was hired seems like a good people person and ready to tackle the long to do list out here :)

I love living here and plan on renewing my lease. Great value for having an attached garage. I like how it isn't set up like other apartment living. It is nice to be on all one level, not have someone across a hall from you, barely share walls, etc. I love it here.

I feel there needs to be speed bumps through here. There is kids playing and people drive way to fast through here. Employees need to learn confidentiality laws and my opinion need to be more repercussions for their behavior and actions to tenants and or employees.

Heating bill is very expensive in the winter. They were built very fast with the windows shifting so snow comes through.
