Bristol Park Apartments
I've lived in Bristol Park apartments for almost 10 months, when I moved in I received a great rate for my 2 bedroom. The size is really nice and spacious along with the balcony. I love the open kitchen and dining room. Brand new carpet when I moved in made it 100xs better. If I had complaints it would be the appliances definitely need to be updated and the door to my apartment isn't very well sealed at all so I get all kinds of smells seeping in my apartment. The other tenants are kind of careless by leaving around some trash and not picking up after themselves in the laundry room(not apartments fault). Plenty of parking.. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. And contacting the apartments is very easy and quick to resolve any issues.

Increasing rent every year while taking away amenity's is not the way to go. Good location but have ran into issues while living here.
potheads upstairs
lincoln marshall would really like the potheads upstairs to stop smoking on the deck. even with all doors and windows closed the smell still gets inside my place.

Bristol Park apartments are a great place to stay for the average college student and for people who want to stay close to the university

I have lived here now for 1 year now and the apartment is pretty good sized and fairly updated with new amenities with a nice sized balcony. The apartment location is great and very close to the University. The staff is very friendly and are willing to fix any problem that you address. The noise level here is alright but overall a good apartment building.
