I'm sure once the 100% non-smoking policy is enforced and the housekeeping for the buildings/grounds maintenance is done, all will be much improved.

Snow removal

The snow removal needs to be improved. I have a son in a wheelchair who needs cleared sidewalks

Major decline in quality

I have lived here for 2 years but will be moving out since they are significantly increasing the rent ($150). Was cared for and clean when I first moved in but now is not cleaned regularly. I have asked for over a month for the stairwell to be cleaned and it hasn't. So lower quality and higher price. If you have a west facing balcony it will be quite noisy. WIll miss the large apartments but not worth the price.
