Its great price for the amount of room I have i did have problems with stolen packages but they were returned opened. Overall id rent here. I wish to have an elevator because the 3rd floor climb kills me. Lol

There have been rent increases each year even though the property is always filthy. We've been left with unfinished balcony posts for years. There is a poop smear that has been on the wall since we started. He front and back doors have been broken as frequently as they are in working order. Maintenence requests are rarely addressed in a timely manner.
