It's nice enough for the price. Feel that there is some deferred building maintenace such as cleaning

Managers have really stepped up. They do fix problems if there’s any with the apartments. And they communicate so well. Thanks a lot for always being able to work with your residents. Greatly appreciated.

Apartments/Residents have degraded since I rented. Residents trash the place, block security doors open, break laundry machines, track in dirt clods, and wreck apartments before the abandon them. The place needs bike racks under cover for the residents. Screen for longer term residents. Get a larger dumpster as the current one overflows. It also needs a new concrete pad next spring. Email address and phone number of the property manager and emergency phone number need to be posted at both entrances.

The managers are super nice and helpful. The only thing that is frustrating is that the doors don’t have a bell or ringer for guest to ring when they are outside.
