It’s fine

The building used to have someone that came by to clean the common areas but that has gone by the wayside and it shows( and smells). Pretty safe minus the random event every so often.

Great location, a fair deal

Location is near 2 bus stops (to downtown or West Acres mall), a grocery store, gas station, and soon to be more restaurants. A fair rent price for a fair rental property. Improvements would be to maintenance detailing- replacing dead bulbs, removing ice on sidewalks, etc.
