The property managers are awesome and they help with everything all the maintenance issues are taken care of

I have lived in this location for a month. So far, it has been generally pleasant. The building has been undergoing renovations and is really on the uptick.

Property description

The Pride One property is across the street from the Downtown Broadway Sanford. It is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Fargo's Downtown District. The building is secure with off street parking included in the rent. There is laundry on site for tenant use.
