Pinehurst old Office building

I just don't like how long it takes for maintenance to get to what they need to get to and when they do do it lately it's been half-assed so it's not completely fixed But at the same time I know that it's hard to keep maintaining staff let alone have enough for how many apts/places GOLDMARK runs Just remember though people are not going to stay in apartments that the lease doesn't abide by if you're going to raise the rent and all of the expenses to stay in that apartment or house or condo or whatever your company is renting or selling out to people You have to maintain your part of the job as well not just expect your clientele to follow everything and then explore what's your part of companies should be doing like the maintenance not taking forever and ever and ever and not getting completely fixed the first time that is my two cents and many others
