I love it here. Tim is great and is patient with all my questions. The neighbors are extremely loud with their music playing at all times day and night. I even have recordings of how loud it is at 3am! The kids running, playing and yelling in the hall is extremely annoying and distracting.

So much within walking distance... you get a good set up in the apartment and can make of it what you want... garage comes with unit and did i mention the location!
