Lofts On Roberts

I feel right at home, I've been here a decade and I want to be here another decade.

I am more than pleased with the upgrades to my front doors and kitchen. The one negative side effect to the kitchen sink upgrade is a big loss in water pressure in the bathroom but the silver lining is that the water seems to heat up faster. A few months ago a new neighbor moved into the unit parallel to me. She is nice and polite but she is afflicted with a consistent and deep seated rage, that she expresses in the privacy of her apartment. She stomps, screams and seems to bang a stick against a plastic trash can while cursing her enemies. I know not if these enemies are real or imagined but thanks to the excellent craftsmanship of these units I barley hear her when I enter my apartment. I don't think any further attention is required for my neighbor because I think the police did a welfare check or at least a concerned party checked on her. I don't really know I was half asleep when I heard men inquire about her bizarre behavior. It might seem like I'm complaining about my neighbor and I am concerned about her. In reality the libertarian in me is very pleased that these units can accommodate a wide variety of eccentricities in current and future tenants, but please I would love more water pressure in the bathroom, otherwise I have very much enjoyed my nearly decade long residence here. Keep up the good work !!

Nice place to rent and live at i will love to live

I've been here since 2015 and I hope to die here in 2065 and I hope to haunt this apartment in spooky but financially lucrative way for you guys, My leasing corporation !! Keep up the good work !!!

I've had a good time staying here, I have three windows to stare at a brick wall and into the windows of my across the alley neighbors, the place is cheap to cool in the summer and pretty ok to heat in the winter. My neighbors are cool, I used to have a five year lease when I moved in when Goldmark owned the place but now I can only do 1 year leases with an increase in rent every time. I like living here but I can see I will be priced out soon.
