Hello, overall no real issues but would like to ser a bit more up keep such as cleaning garbage from lot, hallways being cleaner and vacuum more often. A few broken light fixtures in hallways. Some trim around doors could use repair. In years past they have also added weed control and i hope to see this continue going forward as well please. Snow and ice removal in winter could also be done more timely. It gets very slippery in front it the door sometimes. Overall still very nice place to live

My neighbors over me are really noisy and they have a grill and their grease has waste all over my patio and chairs

Common areas could use some minor repairs and be cleaned more often. Tenants dont clean up after dogs, snow removal could be taken care of more timely especially in front of entrances and side walks. They dont seem to be cleared very quickly and are cery slippery in the past. It would be great if it was a priority this winter.

South Legacy is a nice building. It gets a little noisy during rush hour traffic. It's nice to have the bike path running out front for the kids to play on. Maintenance isn't the best but staff is super friendly and helpful.

I live along the bike path and although 25th Street is often busy I am rarely disrupted by the noise of traffic. Building is clean and quiet and staff is friendly. I have everything I need in my apartment. It has been a good fit for my family of three.
