Quite Excellent
Location, staffing, maintenance, and apartment in general are outstanding. The only things that aren't the best are the lack of parking in the building (not sure why there is a parking garage but residents cannot use it), and noise level in the alley adjacent to the building. Its not a huge deal but when they come to take the trash at 5am on weekdays it isn't ideal. However that is just what it is like living downtown. Other than those two things this a fantastic space, especially in this location and at this pricepoint!
