Exterior doors are supposed to be secured, but they are constantly broken. You cannot exit out of the front door at all. I have let the landlord know multiple times, and nothing has got fixed. The washers and dryers do not work for anything. You have to run everything twice through the washer and the dryer, so you're spending $3-$4 dollars to wash and then $3-$4 to dry. Neighbors blare music at all hours of the day and night, they let their kids play in the hallways all day and night being loud. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. Rates to have things fixed are through the roof. There is little to no parking ever, because the neighbors who have the kids, have 6 vehicles alone and they take up all the parking spots. They leave trash all over the building and the outside of the building.
