My first year was Rocky. A lot of change with management and hardship with change of jobs. There has been some new change to our laundry room I'm thrilled about. Maintenance time and friendliness has been outstanding. Pretty good value for the price paid.ost of the residents are good. Always a few though that *#@* lol. I do wish appliances were updated and an update would be nice in the kitchen and especially bathroom. I do have problems constantly smelling cigarette and marijuana smoke smell from believe lower neighbors in our rooms that gets old. Parking is another issue. Hawn 2 have additional spots but seem to take over both lots. Snow removal was a big issue but hoping new manager and hire a better company that will change. I have had to report trespassing and suspicious activity but that comes with location as it's becoming old Fargo. These sound like negatives but I am actually pretty happy here. My son and I are pretty content. Had our place be a three bedroom I could stay here for quite some time but one more year Im thinking we need to upsize another bedroom.
