I love the location, and the apartment itself. Some of the office management members are really helpful, but it took about four months to get a completely broken apiance replaced, and any maintenance at all has taken a minimum of one month, no matter how urgent. There doesn’t seem to be great communication among the team, I have had to constantly followup any time i need something (paperwork, etc) multiple times a week for weeks before it gets resolved. I do love the location and am glad that rent is lower than some other options, and the apartment itself is wonderful. I love my neighbors, the area, etc. I also like that a bike rack has been put up now. I would just love it even more if management timeliness, organization, and communication issues were fixed.

The parking situation isn't great because one person has to block the other. It's nice because it's close to campus.
