3 bed, 2 full bath, W/D, 2 stall detached garage, dishwasher, patio. building from the 60's renovated. less than $1000/month. You get what you pay for. It is worth what you pay.

I have had the best neighbors, maintanance crew, and amenities of all my places between Fargo, Lake Country and San Antonio. Garage, W/D, and Dishwasher all for one managable rent payment. If something needs attention, the maintenance request is usually answered and repaired within 1 or 2 days, depending upon the level of urgency and priority. Ive been super impressed with everything. Thank you!

We've been here for over two years, and are extremely happy here. All our maintenance and apartment needs are met quickly and efficiently. It's very quiet here, and our neighbors are awesome. It's felt more like home than the last place we lived, and that place touted itself as a "nice community", which it was anything but. Thank you, Forest Cove!
