Its a great place to live. The residents are nice, clean apartments, quick maintenance, and staff is always helpful.

I found someone looking through my laundry and touching my underwear lived here for 2 months

Laundry is a little pricey. It takes around 50 dollsrs a week just for loads but thats it

It is average. It is not up to the mark.

I've lived in Emerald 7 years. The management and maintenance staff are polite and professional. The other residents are communal - no one brings cake to my door, but we all take care of the property, and when it snows, someone always shovels / salts even when apartment management can't do all the properties at once! There is noise, but it is normal and never degenerates into raucousness. There is limited parking, especially for those of us who use the garage as a workshop. The building looks old because it is, but it is well-kept, dry, and warm.

I am blessed with wonderful neighbors, which of course makes me much happier, but the property itself is fine - it's older, but well-maintained, and the flooring, walls and appliances are updated. Maintenance personnel are professional and prompt, as well as friendly. The office staff is quick to return calls / alerts. The building does not have many amenities, but it is reasonably priced and Goldmark didn't claim anything that isn't there. Parking is the only real gripe - about two days a week, it's a hunt for a spot, and during winter road restrictions, it can be a couple blocks away. But, if I used my garage for parking instead of storage, I'd have a spot!
