Countryside

I am a current resident at the Countryside apartment and I am currently on a renewed lease because of the great location, quiet atmosphere and overall good feeling of knowing I have a great apartment.

I've lived here for 5 years and have enjoyed the neighborhood and apartment community for multiple reasons. I could start by saying that it's a quiet area in a lovely neighborhood. The people living in the apartment building and surrounding neighborhood are overall a friendly bunch of independant hard working Americans. There is lovely scenery everywhere you look with many trees and open grassy areas for that subtle natural atmosphere and vibe. The property is well maintained and recently renovated in multiple areas such as the garages and the indoor carpeting in the common areas (hallways, mail box area, entryways). The onsite laundry is superb and easy to use; the machines even have an app to let you know exactly when the laundry is finished. Thus far my experience living here has been a positive one with friendly faces throughout the community (residents, rental office staff, maintainence staff). The parking is assigned and there are garages for each apartment aside from street parking. The lawn is well cared for and the snow removal happens relatively quickly after winter storms, with trucks coming to remove snow in teams of coordinated professionals. Trash service is efficient and thorough. The friendly rental office staff are very helpful and willing to assist in any ways they can. Overall I enjoy this home and those around me as neighbors. If you have a chance, I'd recommend giving Country Side a stay some day, and relax in a cozy, quaint apartment with good community and great ameneties. I'm sure you'll find it as welcoming as I did right from the start.
