This is the perfect location for me, decent price, ideal size, LOVE the 8 plex vs. buildings of 48 etc. etc. Trust my neighbors, I have, and seen others, pick up packages leaned up against the outside door and bring them just inside for safety vs. porch pirates. I like the unit, except the carpet, I WOULD LOVE vinyl vs. this antique carpet that cannot be vacuumed the flattened old carpet - in the grand scheme it is minimal but still . . . ONLY real concern, when the laundry room backed up, it was dried, but I did not notice it truly CLEANED, sanitized or disinfected; that concerns me. Staff have been pretty great!

The building itself is a great value for now, depending on how much they keep raising their rent even though my pay stays the same. There's a garage for each unit and maintenence is quick and efficient. My only complaint about my neighbors is I'm sick of hearing the dad in #8 screaming at his kids. They can hear you sir. WE CAN ALL HEAR YOU. Management only ares about their rules and about the bottom line. They do not care about their tenants. Management, people are more important than property. Treat your residents better. You have discretion, which means you can implement policies or opt to give more leeway. I don't know how to explain to you that you should care about people.

Been here about a year. Good location to jump on interstate/close to grocery and gas. Small building (8) so not too noisy. Things to consider - the window screens have been torn/cut/removed so people can just open the doors by reaching through the window. Door is locked but windows are wide open leaving no security. Tenants leave doors propped open with bolts/kitchen utensils to let others gain access (if windows get closed). Tenants let pets go to the bathroom right outside entrance door in winter so we have to walk through it to enter building. It's an overall good place to live but the lack of security is concerning.
