Maintenance requests take forever to get done, or they get cancelled out of the system without being completed for years. I’m still waiting on shades from a car accident from two years ago.

It's normal for most part just loud here and there and nothing gets done about it and the security is ok but lately the building I live has had strangers in and out without a key b e cause the entrance lock has been broken for almost 2 and a half years...
