Laundry room needs updating. Would be nice to have digital machines so we didnt need to use quarters anymore. Nice neighborhood and quite neighbors. Maitance isnt conistent and uses a thirdparty vendor to fix things. So usually takes multiple days before things are fixed, if they ever get fixed. you get what you pay for i guess. Snow removal though isnt bad here.

I do really love living here, its super close to all the stores on 13th ave and right by 45th st. I personally dont have any issues living here, our property manager is amazing and very helpful and responsive in any situation. Also i do love that i can feel safe in my own apartment even in this area of town, our buildild is key lock secured which is definitely needed, and its also a kid and pet friendly apartment. All the neighbors are very nice and kind. I have lived here for over a year so far and i think I’ll continue to live here for sometime

So far it has been great place to live! Nice and quiet place, easy to contact property managers/ maintenance if needed and they are fast to respond. Love that i can have my cat here as well!
