Great company to rent from

Xander is a great rental company. To rat from they are very, you're good honest people willing to work with you and do what they can to keep you in your home. The building is a little outdated, but is reasonably priced. Has laundry room included? Off the street parking. Overall, I give it a 3 and a 1/2 out of 5

Maintenance

I have been trying to keep up this building because I owe my sons back rent.... no sooner do I clean then two days later it's a mess again... ppl propping the door open finding Crack pipes used condoms in the hall and when I ask for better maintenance items I get ignored... not to mention in the lease we are guaranteed on site laundry facilities but almost 7 months later.... nothing

Nice spot to live, near a lot

I enjoy this apartment building. Minus the nosey neighbors, its a super convenient spot to live with so many food options and coffee shops. Near local grocery stores and highways

This place is great

This place is a wonderful place to rent for any situation especially if you're just starting out. Property manager is very nice and respectful and takes care of any and all maintenance requests very fast I recommend this location to anyone.
