too many dogs

I have been here going on 3 years, rent keeps going up and they started charging us for water, trash, and electric. They charge more than I had to pay in a 3-bedroom home. There are many dogs here and they bark constantly. Many people don't bother picking up the poop and no one does anything about it. They also let the dogs run loose, no leashes

Washing machines are usually broke, the renters portal is hard to navigate, walls are poorly insulated for noise, appliances are a bit outdated but still work. overall subpar apartment.

too many dogs

there are too many dogs that nobody makes the owners care for. Big dogs are never on leashes. Dog poop all over and no one picks up. The mowers mow over it, so many flies. The dogs bark out on decks for long times. My apt surrounds the laundry room and they do not make people follow the rules so people use it all night long and is very noisy. The cost of the utilities is more than I paid in my 3 bedroom home. Last month the water was 26 dollars.
