Great building with a fantastic location. Dryers dont work very well and a train goes by every 30 minutes and thebuilding lightly shakes. A lady was shot here this year aswell

Lived here about two years. Surprisingly quiet most of the time, but it's an older (much older) building with solid construction and generally considerate neighbors. Location can't be beat, walking anywhere downtown in 5-10 minutes. Parking is kind of far away but no biggie. Management is great and very responsive to maintenance issues.

Honestly, it’s cute, and it’s not the worst price, but so many thinga about the property are inconvenient. The parking is two blocks away, the coin laundry is overpriced, until recently they had no online payments system, and the walls and doors are so thin. Plus while the exposed brick walls are cute in theory, they actually shed large brick chunks and dust constantly. Additionally they left original-to-the building non-functional radiators in some of the rooms which really messes with available square footage in an already small space. Otherwise, the kitchen is updated really well and the owners/managers are super responsive to maintenance requests.
