The cost of rent and the availability of a single star garage are the main draw for me. As well as being located near major roadways for quick travel anywhere in town. Otherwise the building is old but in decent shape. There are no real amenities aside from free laundry. Appliances, cabinetry, light fixtures and thermostats are all very old, or new as to the last date of replacement so an incoherent mash of cheap appliances. Staff is hard to contact and the business office moves more or less anytime the lease is up on their commercial space. I've never had maintenance done that I haven't had to call less than 3 times for, and any attempt at submitting a maintenance request goes into a black hole to never be seen again. If like me, you care primarily about cheap rent in a safe, dry place and less about amenities and aesthetics then I recommend it.
