Property Okay, needs more cleaning maintenance, focus on people cleaning up after their dogs to prevent others people animals from getting sick or dragging dog excrement into building. Units could use led lighting instead of yellowing lighting due to low natural light. Towel racks, toilet holder should be installed prior to tenant moving in. More cabinet space or shelving in closet and pantry
