Just moved in a couple momths ago. I appreciate that water/sewer/heating is covered by rent, and the place itself is nice looking and quiet. Unfortunately, it seems near-impossible to get in contact with any form of management (the phone number they provide, even during the supposed office hours, always prompts me to leave a message… which they never respond to). The internet supposedly provided as a utility suddenly became *very* slow (less than 0.5 mbps) in recent weeks and the lack of communication has made it impossible for me to determine what’s going wrong. Additionally, the water has been turned off with zero notice a couple times in the past week. It’s lasted no longer than a couple hours, but seems unacceptable that we’re not made aware ahead of time. If there was actually management to discuss/resolve issues like this with, than I’d be much happier. Until then, it feels like I’m speaking to a wall.

I never get a call back or email about Maintenace issues rent problems and charges that are not mine. office is always locked and have to knock and wait 5 mins before someone will finally come to the door.

Close to downtown and shopping centers for small stuff. Otherwise, Costco and big stores are in the other sides

This is great place to live. Love having my laundry in my apartment! Also we were able to have our cats here with us, which was great!
